Provide high-energy service as a Whiskey Cake server in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Tell engaging stories about local farmers and farm-to-table concepts while delivering hospitality efficiently and quickly, leveraging broad knowledge of food and craft cocktails to enhance the guest experience. Candidates should bring upscale-service experience (2 years preferred), craft cocktail and whiskey knowledge preferred, and comfort working in high-volume settings. A passion for food, enthusiasm, and the ability to communicate warmth and enthusiasm to guests are essential. The role emphasizes engaging guests, guiding the experience with persuasion rather than pressure, and contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
