Interact with all guests and co-workers professionally, arriving on time and wearing proper uniforms. Properly accept and book reservations, offering alternative time slots when needed, and calculate accurate wait times while offering bar options for extensive waits. Keep floors, entry, and aisleways clean, assist in bussing tables during waits, and provide guests with the right of way. Answer all phone calls, fulfill guest needs, place calls on hold, and direct calls to the proper departments. Genuinely thank departing guests and welcome new arrivals while answering questions and addressing concerns. We participate in the E-Verify program to maintain a legal workforce.
