Job Summary
Interact with all guests and co-workers in a professional, hospitable, and friendly manner while properly accepting and booking reservations. Calculate and quote accurate wait times, offering alternative slots or cocktail options when delays occur. Keep floors, entry, and aisleways clean, assist in bussing tables during waits, and provide guests with directions and the right of way. Answer all phone calls, fulfill guest needs, and communicate important information to managers on duty. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts wearing the proper uniform. This role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma and ability to read, write, and speak English are required, with prior restaurant experience and OpenTable familiarity being desired.
