Job Summary
Interact with all guests and co-workers in a professional, hospitable, and friendly manner while properly accepting and booking reservations. Calculate and quote accurate wait times, offering alternative slots or bar options when waits are extensive. Maintain clean floors, entryways, and aisles, and assist in bussing tables during waits or immediate table needs. Provide guests with the right of way, answer all phone calls, and direct inquiries to proper departments. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts wearing proper uniforms and maintain a professional appearance. We participate in the E-Verify program to maintain a legal workforce. Prior restaurant experience is desired, and OpenTable familiarity is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Fun, energetic, and work with a genuine care for the guest experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Stand for long periods
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
