Job Summary
As a Host/Door at Whiskey Cake, you will engage with guests and co-workers professionally, provide a warm welcome, and manage reservations efficiently. Responsibilities include booking reservations, calculating wait times, keeping the entrance and floor area clean, assisting with bussing tables, and answering phone calls while addressing guest needs. Ideal candidates are energetic, have a genuine care for guest experience, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Fun, energetic, and work with a genuine care for the guest experience
- Prior restaurant experience is desired, but not required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- OpenTable experience is a plus
