Job Summary
The Dishwasher is primarily responsible for the cleanliness and organization of all service ware and kitchen equipment. Responsibilities include operating and setting up the dishwashing machine, monitoring cleanliness of items, maintaining a clean work area, managing food safety regulations, and assisting in kitchen operations. This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and effective communication skills. A current Food Handler’s Certification is mandatory.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Current Food Handler’s Certification
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Skills in using knives and kitchen equipment

- Experience in a kitchen setting

Additional Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older to access 401k benefits
- Must maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification
