Job Summary
Bartenders at Whiskey Cake deliver exceptional guest experiences through skillful emotional engagement, ensuring efficient and timely hospitality. Responsibilities include preparing drinks, maintaining cleanliness, interacting with guests, handling transactions, and collaborating with the team. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of upscale service experience, knowledge of craft cocktails and whiskey, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Proper licensure and certifications are required.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of upscale service preferred
- Maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification
- TAAB Certification
- Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Craft cocktail & whiskey knowledge preferred
- High volume experience preferred

- Must be 21 years or older for 401k eligibility
