Job Summary
The Bartender at Whiskey Cake is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, interacting with guests and coworkers professionally, and maintaining cleanliness of the bar. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in upscale service and knowledge of craft cocktails. Additional duties include preparing drinks according to recipes, handling cash and credit transactions, and ensuring proper sanitation practices. Successful candidates must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and hold relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of upscale service
- Maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification
- TABC Certification
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Craft cocktail & whiskey knowledge
- High volume service experience
