Job Summary
Bartender responsibilities include interacting with guests and coworkers professionally, preparing drinks according to recipes, maintaining cleanliness of the bar, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and participating in continuing education. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of upscale service experience, possess knowledge of craft cocktails and whiskey, and be able to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of upscale service preferred.
- Maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification and TABC Certification.
- Must have a love for food and drinks.
- Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
Desired Qualifications
- Craft cocktail & whiskey knowledge preferred.
- High volume experience preferred.
