Job Summary
The Barback will assist the bar staff to ensure great guest experiences and a smooth shift, which includes filling ice wells, stocking liquor, refilling mixers, cutting garnishes, making batch cocktails, and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should have strong multi-tasking skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Knowledge of the menu is crucial for answering guest questions. Proper uniform and timely arrival for shifts are required.
