Job Summary
Assist bar staff in filling ice wells, stocking liquor bottles, and refilling mixers, juices, and syrups. Cut fruit garnishes, make batch cocktails according to proper recipes, and empty bus tubs while prebusing the bar top. Interact professionally with guests and staff, answer menu questions, and maintain all necessary certifications. Set up and break down the bar area, clean floors and wells, and empty trash cans. Arrive on time in proper uniform to support smooth shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Standing for long periods
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Able to read and follow recipes for juices and batch cocktails
- Properly use a knife and other kitchen equipment
- Maintain all necessary certifications
- Extensive knowledge of the menu
- Arriving for the shift on time and ready to work in proper uniform
