Job Summary
Barback at Whiskey Cake: assist bar staff to ensure great guest experiences, stock ice wells, liquor, beer, wine, and mixers, prep garnishes, set up and break down the bar, prepare batch cocktails per recipes, safely operate juicers, follow management directions, maintain menu knowledge to answer guest questions, arrive on time in proper uniform, obtain/update required certifications, and help keep the bar sanitary and organized.
Required Qualifications
- Standing for long periods
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Able to read and follow recipes for juices and batch cocktails
- Properly use a knife and other kitchen equipment
- Maintain all necessary certifications
