Job Summary
Whiskey Cake is seeking a Barback to assist bar staff in providing excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include stocking liquor and mixers, preparing garnishes, making batch cocktails, maintaining cleanliness in the bar area, and following directions from management. Candidates must have the ability to stand for long periods, lift at least 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess knowledge of the menu. A commitment to maintaining all necessary certifications is required. Experience in food or drink service is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Standing for long periods
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Able to read and follow recipes for juices and batch cocktails
- Properly use a knife and other kitchen equipment
- Maintain all necessary certifications
