Job Summary
Design and deliver efficient, accessible, customer-focused wayfinding programs across the transport network; provide technical and project support through design, procurement, installation and handover to ensure integrated, accessible outcomes. Coordinate and deliver wayfinding initiatives, develop technical specifications, assist with procurement, planning and implementation, monitor risks, represent the team in meetings and site visits, and gain development opportunities through exposure to design, manufacturing, installation methodologies, and stakeholder engagement. Build consistency, coordination and delivery quality across complex programs by aligning designers, suppliers, project managers, operational teams and customer-focused objectives.
