Job Summary
Perform all Radiant Waxing services for all guests while maintaining a professional appearance in a fast-paced environment. Build your book and increase income by growing the guest base through self-marketing and participation in salon initiatives. Deliver an innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome, while staying positive, friendly, and personable to both guests and staff. Work flexible days and hours to support the salon's schedule. We offer free, paid comprehensive training in our exclusive Radiant Waxing speed-waxing technique and support licensed estheticians or cosmetologists in the process of obtaining their license.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current licensed esthetician / cosmetology license or in the process of obtaining an aesthetician or cosmetology license
- An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome
- Someone who is motivated to grow, improve, and take feedback
- A team player who contributes to a positive, drama-free culture
- Someone who wants to build their book, rebook guests, and increase their income
