Job Summary
Implement customer service standards from initial inquiry through ongoing relationship management while educating clients on waxing benefits, product trends, and membership programs. Maintain a clean, professional environment and deliver high-quality service following all defined waxing protocols and safety standards. Support team culture and adhere to established sanitation procedures. Work under the direction of the salon manager to build and retain clients via social platforms and community engagement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
