Job Summary
Implement customer service standards from initial inquiry through ongoing relationship management. Maintain a clean, professional environment while delivering high-quality waxing services that exceed client expectations. Educate clients on benefits, product trends, and membership programs to build and retain their loyalty. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and service protocols. Support team culture and complete other duties as assigned. This role requires current state licensure and a passion for the beauty industry.
Required Qualifications
- Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
