Job Summary
Full-time Waxer/esthetician position in Longmont, CO. Provide full range of services offered by Screamin Peach, including standard waxing (full-body), spray tanning, lash and brow tints, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance with DORA requirements. Build and retain client base, educate clients on services and aftercare, and contribute to achieving service and sales goals. Requires active Colorado esthetician or cosmetologist licensing, Bloodborne pathogen training, and Barbicide certification; strong communication, attention to detail, ability to work flexible days/hours/weekends, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation starts at $15.16/hour during training, increasing to $15.00/hour plus tips and product commission after training, with eligibility for service commission after introductory period.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification/licensure - active Colorado esthetician or cosmetologist licensing required
- Bloodborne pathogen training (may be provided during TSP training)
- Barbicide certification (may be provided during TSP training)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable performing all standard services offered by TSP (full-body waxing, spray tanning, lash and brow tints)
- Ability to work flexible days, hours, and weekends
- A positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
- Ability to receive and implement feedback
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
