Educate guests on the 4 Step to Gorgeous Process and Strut 365, promote Wax Passes, drive in-center sales through referrals and pre-bookings, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the wax suite, tailor interactions to guest preferences, and participate in community events to boost brand awareness. Requires a State esthetician or cosmetologist license and a high school diploma or equivalent; must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
