Job Summary
Perform high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards, patterns, protocols, and techniques. Build a book of business and retain guests using rebook scripts while delivering the ultimate guest experience and 100% satisfaction. Educate guests on the European Wax Center product line to enhance overall results. Uphold brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all suites. Maintain Wax Specialist Key Performance Indicators according to brand standards. Train and role model expected behaviors and processes. Work effectively in stressful environments, adapt to frequent activity changes, and communicate continuously with clients, co-workers, and management. Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license required.
