Job Summary
Perform high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards, build a book of business and retain guests using rebook scripts, educate guests on product lines to enhance results, uphold brand cleanliness and sanitation, maintain KPI adherence, and model professional behavior and processes. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to adapt to guest preferences, knowledge of skincare/Wax products, and commitment to a clean, compliant work environment. Work is primarily indoors with the ability to stand/sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Employment is at-will and duties may change with business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to varying guest preferences and comfort levels
- Knowledge of skincare and waxing products
