Perform high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards, patterns, protocols and techniques. Build a book of business and retain guests using rebook scripts while delivering 100% guest satisfaction. Educate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance overall experience and results. Uphold brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites. Maintain Wax Specialist KPI according to brand standard. Contribute to a positive and professional work environment and train/role model the expected behaviors and processes. Exercise ability to adapt to changing activities, work indoors, and communicate effectively with clients and team.
