Job Summary
Wax Specialist at European Wax Center delivers high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax standards; responsibilities include building a client book and retaining guests using rebooking scripts, educating guests on the European Wax Center product line to enhance results, upholding brand cleanliness standards in waxing suites, maintaining KPI targets, and training teammates in brand processes; requires exceptional interpersonal/communication skills, attention to detail, ability to adapt to guest preferences, knowledge of skincare/wax products, and adherence to sanitation/licensing requirements; typical work environment is indoors with the ability to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; licensing as a Esthetician or Cosmetology professional is required.
