Job Summary
Perform high-quality waxing services following European Wax Center standards, patterns, and protocols. Build a book of business and retain guests using rebook scripts to deliver a 100% satisfaction experience. Educate guests on the product line to enhance results while maintaining strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in all suites. Uphold brand core values by training others and modeling expected behaviors. Maintain Key Performance Indicators according to brand standards. Requires a valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt to frequent activity changes in a moderate indoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and process focused
- Ability to adapt to varying guest preferences and comfort levels
- Outstanding communication skills
- Knowledge of skincare and waxing products
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Adherence to all state sanitation and licensing requirements
