Job Summary
Perform high-quality waxing services following European Wax Center standards, patterns, and protocols. Build a book of business and retain guests using rebook scripts while delivering a 100% satisfaction experience. Educate guests on the product line to enhance overall results and maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all suites. Uphold brand Key Performance Indicators and train new team members on expected behaviors. Requires a valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt to frequent changes in activity. Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for varying durations while lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
