Job Summary
Wax Specialist at European Wax Center delivers high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax standards. Build and retain a guest book using rebook scripts, educate guests on the product line to enhance results, and maintain brand cleanliness and hygiene. Uphold KPI targets and Artemis Wax Core Values, and train or role-model expected behaviors and processes. Work mostly indoors in a structured spa environment, with the ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver precise waxing services.
