Job Summary
Deliver professional waxing services in private suites while adhering to brand protocols and sanitation standards. Greet guests warmly, educate them on post-wax care, and build relationships to drive rebooking and product sales. Maintain a sterile environment and contribute to center-wide performance targets through consistent service delivery. Participate in ongoing training and skill development to refine techniques and support team members. Requires an active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license and availability for evenings and weekends. Full-time and part-time schedules are available with performance-based commissions, tips, and benefits including medical insurance and paid time off.
