Job Summary
Perform high-quality waxing services following European Wax Center standards, patterns, and protocols. Build a book of business and retain guests using rebook scripts to deliver a 100% guest satisfaction experience. Educate clients on the product line to enhance results and maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards across all suites. Uphold brand KPIs, train new team members, and role model expected behaviors while adapting to frequent changes in activity and stressful environments. Requires a valid state esthetician or cosmetology license and the ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to adapt to varying guest preferences and comfort levels

- Knowledge of skincare and waxing products
