Job Summary
Perform high-quality waxing services following European Wax Center standards, patterns, and protocols. Build a book of business and retain guests using rebook scripts to achieve 100% guest satisfaction. Educate clients on the product line to enhance their overall experience and results. Uphold brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all suites while maintaining Key Performance Indicators. Train and role model expected behaviors and processes. This role requires a valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to frequent changes in activity within a moderate indoor environment. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
