Job Summary
Deliver professional waxing services in private suites while maintaining sterile standards and adhering to state licensing laws. Greet guests warmly, educate them on post-wax care, and build relationships to drive rebooking and product sales. Recommend skincare packages and service bundles to meet center-wide performance targets and grow your own guest book. Participate in ongoing technical training, brand education, and center meetings to refine your craft. Maintain a clean, organized suite at all times and uphold EWC brand protocols without exception.
Required Qualifications
- Active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state where you're applying
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Comfort with recommending products and services
