Job Summary
Set up dies and wax injection moldings for orthopedic implant products, then perform wax assembly using torches, heating elements, and cleaning tools. Dimensionally inspect work with calipers, comparators, and pin gauges to ensure quality compliance. Transport materials safely using hand trucks and pallet jacks while maintaining a clean, organized work area per 5S schedules. Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, or unusual conditions to the supervisor immediately. Follow designated safety rules, work orders, and Quality Management Systems procedures to support Lean Manufacturing and EHS initiatives. Complete all required training and reinforce safety expectations throughout the shift.
