Wave Planner WMS Coordinator Warehouse 1st Shift

Create and maintain daily dock schedules and manage WMS down to the floor to support facility KPIs in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance. Communicate with carriers regarding appointments and load statuses, while working with Operations Supervisors to ensure even workload distribution. Collaborate with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve order problems, and interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates. Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports, performing other duties as required. This first shift role supports distribution across the US at a clean, organized facility where safety is prioritized.
