Job Summary
Wave Planner position负责释放生产线工作到现场并跟踪波次以满足客户需求,日班为周一至周五,工作时间7:00am-3:30pm,薪资约为17.00美元/小时。职责包括协助开发、分析、修改和执行波计划以预测并确保各客户的发货计划按时完成,优先安排日程并创建报告以监控和衡量各级别绩效,协助管理拣货单并发放至指定部门,与运营团队密切协作确保补货并释放订单至仓库现场,清晰与内部/外部伙伴沟通,识别关键问题并与运营管理团队共同制定解决方案,执行其他相关职责。需具备WMS工作经验、熟练使用Microsoft办公软件、具备良好英语沟通能力(西班牙语为加分项),具备良好的基础数学能力。该岗位属于 Hourly Individual Contributor,属于 Barrett Distribution Centers 的全职员工范畴,工作地点在 Garland, TX。
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- A minimum of one (1)-two (2) years’ experience in related field required; experience in warehouse operations, customer service, and/or inventory control clerk preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year Wave Planning experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of WMS preferred
- Ability to apply and utilize analytical tools to determine decisions based on customer expectations
- Proficient in all Microsoft business applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus)
- Basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
