Job Summary
Coordinate and release waves for outbound orders within the warehouse management system; communicate with warehouse supervisors and team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment; monitor order flow, prioritize shipments, and resolve discrepancies; perform customer service functions, including responding to client inquiries and updates; maintain accurate inventory and shipment records; assist with reporting, data entry, and operational tracking; support shipping and receiving coordination as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse administrative, CSR, or wave planning role
- Strong experience with WMS systems and data entry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
