Job Summary
As the Safety Services Worker in the Waukesha SAFE Program, you will evaluate youth and families for treatment needs, analyze client histories to determine services, implement and review safety assessments and plans, conduct face-to-face contacts with families to ensure safety and cooperation with the safety plan, serve as part of the Safety Team, and safely transport clients as needed. You will advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations while working in homes or community spaces in the Waukesha, WI area; the role requires local travel with mileage reimbursement, a full-time schedule (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday with rotating weekend coverage), and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related
- Must have reliable transportation on a daily basis
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have automobile insurance
