Job Summary

Oversee daily field activities for commercial waterproofing, structural concrete restoration, and building envelope repair projects by assigning tasks, monitoring production, and coordinating materials and equipment. Lead crews of laborers and technicians through safety meetings, enforcing OSHA compliance, and ensuring proper use of aerial lifts, scaffolding, and other access equipment. Direct work sequencing for concrete demolition, surface preparation, coating installation, and crack repair while maintaining quality standards and communicating schedule impacts to Superintendents. Document daily logs in Procore and escalate field issues promptly. Requires hands-on experience in restoration work, ability to operate construction tools, and strong leadership skills to motivate teams in active construction environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in commercial waterproofing, structural concrete restoration, building envelope restoration, or related specialty construction work
  • Minimum of one year of foreman, lead, or supervisory experience
  • Previous experience supervising construction crews, assigning work, and monitoring daily production
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Experience with fall protection, silica control, swing stages, scaffolding, aerial lifts, forklifts, and elevated work environments
  • Knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing systems, coatings, sealants, expansion joints, crack repair, and building envelope restoration
  • Familiarity with ICRI guidelines, surface preparation standards, manufacturer requirements, and repair procedures
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, project documents, engineering details, and manufacturer instructions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate, guide, and hold crew members accountable
  • Ability to operate a variety of construction tools and equipment safely
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make practical field decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Superintendents, Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Must be able to provide reliable transportation for occasional attendance at meetings and other off-site events
  • Must be located in Destin / Fort Walton Beach, Florida Area

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Procore or other construction software for documentation and reporting
