Waterproofing Sales Estimator

Review bid invites to determine project feasibility and conduct construction document analysis, takeoffs, and pricing using Alpha's sales/estimating system. Prepare detailed standardized proposals, submit bids to clients, and analyze drawings and specifications to determine full scope of work. Anticipate job site conditions, attend pre-bid meetings, and follow up with customers to assess bid competitiveness and potential value engineering. Build client relationships, review contracts, and perform job file bookings including field use takeoff drawing sets. Assist the Operations team with evaluating RFIs, preparing change orders, and selecting vendors to determine cost effectiveness. Conduct job site visits, interface with contractors regarding application procedures, and initiate documentation to prevent delays. Continuously conduct special studies to develop standard hours and cost data, review job costing, and suggest improvements to internal processes.
