Job Summary
Waterproofing Consultant to provide technical expertise in roofing and building envelope systems, oversee technical work, manage repair and reconstruction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial and government buildings, and support litigation efforts through mediation, deposition, arbitration and trial with a focus on plaintiff support; leverage network of attorneys and insurance adjusters in the local area to develop new business opportunities and expand the firm's service offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
- Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems, with a PE or RA license preferred
- Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings
