Job Summary
Waterproofing Consultant to provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems for design and oversight of technical work; manage repair and re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial and government buildings; support litigation efforts through mediation, deposition, arbitration and trial with a focus on plaintiff support; utilize your network of attorneys and insurance adjusters in the local area to develop new business opportunities and grow the firm's service offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
- Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems, with a PE or RA license preferred
- Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings
