Job Summary
Provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems while conducting condition assessments and preparing remedial designs for commercial and residential buildings. Oversee construction administration to ensure quality, compliance, and successful project delivery, and perform forensic investigations to identify causes of water intrusion and building envelope failures. This role expands the firm's roofing and wall design services in Austin, TX, supporting repair, re-construction, and project management for apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings. Required Qualifications
- Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
- Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems
- Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings
Desired Qualifications
- PE or RA license
