Job Summary
Provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems; conduct condition assessments and prepare remedial designs for commercial and residential buildings; oversee construction administration to ensure quality, compliance, and successful project delivery; perform forensic investigations to identify causes of water intrusion and building envelope failures; collaborate on design and project management for apartments, condominiums, commercial and government buildings.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
- Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems, with a PE or RA license preferred
- Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings
Desired Qualifications
