Job Summary
Waterproofing Consultant to provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems for design, investigation, testing, and oversight of technical work; perform field investigations and diagnostic testing for building envelope and moisture intrusion issues, prepare detailed reports, and manage repair/construction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial and government buildings; support litigation efforts through mediation, deposition, arbitration and trial with a focus on plaintiff support, leveraging the firm’s local attorney and insurance networks; requires a technical degree and experience with envelope systems; PE or RA license preferred; benefits include health/dental/vision, Costco Card and Gym Membership.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
- Experience in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems
- Experience in repair and reconstruction, design and project management of multi-family and commercial/government buildings
