Job Summary
Provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems for design and oversight of technical work. Manage repair and re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial, and government buildings. Support litigation efforts through mediation, deposition, arbitration, and trial with a focus on plaintiff support. Utilize a network of attorneys and insurance adjusters to develop new business opportunities and grow the firm's service offerings in Seattle, WA. Required Qualifications
- Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
- Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems
- Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings
Desired Qualifications
- PE or RA license
