Job Summary
Waterproofing Consultant providing technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems; managing repair and re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial and government buildings; supporting litigation efforts through mediation, deposition, arbitration and trial with a focus on plaintiff support; leveraging a local network of attorneys and insurance adjusters to grow the firm’s service offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
- Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems
- PE or RA license preferred
- Experience in repair and reconstruction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial/government buildings
