Job Summary
Providing technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems; redlining drawings and specifications to identify design gaps and code compliance issues; performing peer review of technical documents for accuracy and risk mitigation; producing construction document sets including drawings, details, and specifications to support permitting, bidding, and construction; coordination with project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
- Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems
- PE or RA license preferred
- Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings
