Job Summary
Waterproofing Consultant to provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems for design and oversight of technical work; manage repair/re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial and government buildings; support litigation efforts through mediation, deposition, arbitration and trial with a focus on plaintiff support; leverage network of attorneys and insurance adjusters to grow service offerings. PE or RA license preferred; experience in repair/reconstruction, design and project management of multi-tenant and government properties; Guam office.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
