Job Summary
Install waterproofing systems, including membranes, sealants, and drainage, by preparing surfaces, reading blueprints, and using hand and power tools safely. Perform inspections and maintenance on installed systems while coordinating with other trades and maintaining accurate work records. Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, often in confined spaces or at heights, with a valid driver's license preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to safety
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment (50 lbs or more)
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Proper use of PPE
Desired Qualifications
- Trade certification
- Familiarity with waterproofing products and systems (e.g., Sika, Tremco, Henry, etc.)
- OSHA 10/30 certification
