Job Summary
Assist in preparing surfaces for waterproofing applications and help apply waterproof coatings, sealants, and membranes. Load, unload, and transport materials and tools while maintaining a clean and safe job site. Support experienced waterproofers as needed and perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs. Work outdoors in various weather conditions and operate on ladders and scaffolding. Valid state ID, reliable transportation, and a clean criminal background are required. Willingness to travel and learn is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid state issue identification
- Own reliable transportation
- Clean criminal background
- Open to traveling for work
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Able to work on ladders and scaffolding
Desired Qualifications
- Basic construction knowledge is a plus, but not required
