Job Summary
Lead day-to-day field operations on trenchless rehabilitation projects (CIPP installation, pipe cleaning, CCTV inspection, manhole rehabilitation, bypass pumping) while enforcing OSHA safety and the site safety plan. Direct field crew assignments, develop construction schedules with the Project Manager to meet earned value targets and critical path milestones, and lead pre-construction activities such as site surveys, staging plans, and project start-up meetings. Ensure quality benchmarks, inspections, and as-built documentation are completed and communicated. Coach field personnel on CIPP installation methods, sewer cleaning techniques, CCTV operation, manhole coating, and bypass setup, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of field leadership experience as a General Foreman or Superintendent in water, wastewater, or underground utility construction
- Working knowledge of trenchless disciplines: CIPP lining, sewer cleaning and CCTV inspection, manhole rehabilitation, or bypass pumping
- Ability to read construction drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Confined Space Entry certification and OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
- Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus
