Water/Wastewater Section Head

Coordinate strategic growth plans with office managers and practice leaders to establish and grow the local market presence through marketing and business development. Manage the department financial budget, allocate resources, and lead proposal production while serving as a technical expertise resource for project managers. Establish staffing needs, interview and hire new staff, and conduct performance reviews based on input from assigned teams. Provide continuous leadership through goal setting, feedback, and coaching to support team growth.
